Nature Festival at the Strangenberg  

On the occasion of the Fête de la Nature organized by the Orchidée association and the commune of Westhalten, the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park is organizing a day of immersion in contact with life on the Strangenberg hill: guided walks, discovery of local heritage, treasure hunt, artistic approaches...

. The site offers superb panoramic views over the plains and valleys, with a diverse landscape, and this natural ensemble has justified its inclusion in the European Natura 2000 network, for its rare species and natural habitats including wild orchid lawns. The Parc des Ballons des Vosges, the site's coordinator, invites you to discover its riches and conservation issues.
