A gustatory and artistic journey to the heart of three emblematic terroirs of the Domaine...
Each dish will illustrate the perfect match with one of the three terroirs selected especially for this evening. To begin, you'll taste a wine from a recent vintage, followed by a wine patiently aged in the tranquility of the wine cellar. Each terroir, with its unique history, personality and energy, will be brought to life through a dance creation by dancer and choreographer Marine Westphal. Each movement, each gesture, will embody the very essence of the land, inviting you to a sensitive immersion in the world of biodynamics and respect for the living.
