Theatre: La Bobine’s Adult Workshop – “Edmond”  

Artistic director of the company Fusibles et Dentelles (fusiblesetdentelles.fr), Elisabeth von Buxhoeveden has been acting, teaching, and directing a wide variety of amateur and professional projects for more than twenty years. She also teaches theatre at La Bobine in Pfastatt, where she spent an entire year working with her adult amateur group on different excerpts from Edmond by Alexis Michalik and Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand. After a successful end-of-year performance, warmly received by the audience, the group decided to take their work further and create an adaptation of Michalik’s famous multi-layered play, which is directly inspired by the life of Edmond Rostand and the creation of Cyrano de Bergerac. The company Fusibles et Dentelles is delighted to welcome audiences back to La Grange Burcklé in September 2025 with the entire adult amateur troupe, presenting 5 exclusive performances of their revisited production: Edmond, from Muse to Panache!
