Over the centuries, French gastronomy has never ceased to amaze us, constantly reinventing itself thanks to the great Chefs who have revealed its inexhaustible riches. It is they who, with passion and exacting standards, have shaped it and brought it to the level of excellence that the whole world now recognises.

For more than twenty years, I've been passionate about this gastronomy.

It all began in the family kitchen, when as a child I would watch the copper pans glisten and the dishes simmer gently by the fire. My mother, a chef by trade, spotted my interest in this world very early on. It was she who introduced me to the gestures, the aromas, the magic of flavours, and passed on to me her deep love of cooking.

My path then led me to work with passionate Alsatian chefs, whose experience and kindness helped me forge my skills and my culinary identity.

Along the way, I was lucky enough to meet the woman who became my wife. Her high standards, her rigour and above all her love of a job well done are a source of support and inspiration every day. Together, today, we've decided to share with you our own vision of the living art of cooking.
