After working with clay by hand or on the wheel, I found it hard to let go of this ductile material, which I enjoyed modelling into shapes with inspired, firm and confident hands.
The idea came to me to give free rein to the fluid slip flowing onto the canvas. The result is a playful language between free organisation of the material and the suggestion of an idea, a thought or a feeling of the moment.
