Mulhouse Symphony Orchestra

After a second successful edition, which brought together more than 2,300 musicians, choir members and captivated spectators, the Colmar Symphonic Mob© has become a much-anticipated event for the people of Colmar.
For this third edition, the conductor Alain Altinoglu, accompanied by the professional musicians of the Orchestre National de Mulhouse, will once again direct this great gathering. Amateur musicians and choristers will have the opportunity to join the orchestra to perform works chosen from among the most accessible and appreciated of the classical repertoire. Alain Altinoglu has selected pieces that will allow everyone to experience the pleasure of playing together and sharing a unique musical moment.
Created in 2014 by the German Symphony Orchestra Berlin, the Symphonic Mob © offers everyone who plays an instrument the opportunity to make music with the musicians of a professional orchestra. Anyone can take part, regardless of age or level, everyone is welcome! All you need is enthusiasm and an instrument: the rest will happen by itself. And to help you practise, in addition to the original scores, we provide simplified scores by level for instruments in all possible pitches, as well as video tutorials.
