Descriptif
Our family estate, based in Kaysersberg, a village renowned for its history, exceptional wines and gastronomy, invites you to discover our passion for winegrowing. For seven generations, the Haas family has been perpetuating authentic know-how, combining tradition, love of the craft and innovation. Our tasting cellar, with its warm, friendly atmosphere, is the ideal place to enjoy our full range of Alsatian wines.
We also offer cellar tours and personalized wine tourism experiences, by appointment, for individuals and groups. In January, February and March, we are open by appointment only.
Our vineyard, just outside Kaysersberg, extends over 13 hectares around the famous castle. The emblematic grape varieties we grow, such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris, are the reflection of an exceptional terroir. We practise environmentally-friendly viticulture, combining modern techniques such as grassing and ploughing. Our grapes are harvested by hand, with limited yields, to guarantee high-quality wines.
All our wines are made, matured and bottled in the family cellar, in keeping with tradition and the Alsace terroir.
