Since September 2024, Laurie and William MOSER have been welcoming you to Le Raisin d'Or in Zimmerbach, offering Alsatian cuisine with hints of the land full of good sense and generosity, and a few modern touches that the chef has a secret for.

We offer a traditional and inventive cuisine inspired by nature and its seasonal nature, prepared using emblematic Alsatian produce from local producers and partners.
