Descriptif

Located just a few hundred metres from Colmar's historic centre, the restaurant "Le 20ème" boasts a warm, original setting: the blue of the walls highlights the various objects found here and there, offering customers cosy comfort in a good-natured, chic bistro atmosphere.

For this place stands out first and foremost for its gastronomic and seasonal cuisine.

The menu evolves with each new arrival to better satisfy a loyal and demanding clientele.

At the stove, the chef remains attached to his signature dishes (roast sea bream, creamy rizotto, cordon bleu, chocolate fondant...), while introducing Alsatian local dishes to the menu (röesti, pork cheek with Pinot noir, Black Forest cake...)

The wine list, meanwhile, offers a clever selection from the vineyards of France, where sparkling wines are offered at affordable prices, and Alsace wines very well represented.

This place is perfect for lovers of fine dining, but also for family meals, business evenings and small groups of food-loving tourists.
