Master pastry chef, chocolatier and caterer since 1936, we offer Alsatian specialities (kougelhopf, langhopf, pain-d ‘épices), as well as sweet and savoury delights.

Come and discover our wide choice of pastries, viennoiseries, ice creams, catering products, chocolates, travel cakes made by hand in our own workshops.

Come and find our creations in our shop in Colmar, but also Munster, Ribeauvillé and on our online shop.

You can also order click & collect products from our website www.gilg.fr and collect them from our boutique
