Descriptif

Our objective is to promote the culinary heritage of the Munster valley and more globally of our region, Alsace.

We market the dairy products from our family farm, the Christlesgut, and the charcuterie from our production at the Maison Dischinger.

We also work closely with other local producers and craftsmen to offer a complete range of authentic Alsatian culinary specialities, wines and brandies.
