For over 40 years, we have been sharing with you our love of gastronomy and the "real", gourmet taste, without additives or superfluous.

Charles SCHMITT has been a Master Pastry Chef since 1981 and has been based in Colmar for more than 30 years, he was joined a few years ago by his daughter and son-in-law, so it's a beautiful family story.

Together, they offer you a range of home-made products, made in the respect of the artisanal traditions that are dear to them.

The watchwords are simple: "do it yourself and do it well".
