Open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1pm-6pm, Wednesday, Saturday: 10am-6pm. Open on 23/12, 25/12, 26/12 and 30/12, from 10am-12pm. Closed on 01/01, 08/04, 10/04, 19 and 25/05 14 and 15/08, 01/11 and 11/11.

Since June 25, 2022, all curious people, lovers of architecture and books, discover or rediscover with pleasure the premises of the library of the Dominicans of Colmar.
A magnificent restoration has turned the former municipal library into an exceptional centre dedicated to books in all their forms. A brand new setting for a large collection: some 400,000 documents, including 1.200 manuscripts - 400 of which are medieval from the great abbeys of Upper Alsace -, 2.300 incunabula, and 10.000 16th century books. And access is free for all! Don't miss its cloister and its medieval garden.
Reading room open Monday to Saturday: 2pm-6pm.
