Descriptif lieu
A magnificent restoration has turned the former municipal library into an exceptional centre dedicated to books in all their forms. A brand new setting for a large collection: some 400,000 documents, including 1.200 manuscripts - 400 of which are medieval from the great abbeys of Upper Alsace -, 2.300 incunabula, and 10.000 16th century books. And access is free for all! Don't miss its cloister and its medieval garden.
Reading room open Monday to Saturday: 2pm-6pm.
