Action figures are heading to the Colmar Toy Museum for a valuable and exceptional exhibition. Come dive into this miniature and colourful universe of figures which marked our childhood.

Soldiers made in paper, lead, tin …including Playmobil and Lego and making a small detour through doll houses and Polly Pocket, this exhibition leads you down the historic past of figures where the imagination has no limits.

With more than 2,500 figurines in more than 30 sets, the new exhibition at the Musée du Jouet offers visitors a playful and immersive setting. From the 1st Playmobil figurine to cowboy Starlux, the many sets serve as a starting point to tell the story and stories

Basically you get it…. these figures are putting themselves on display and showing off!

MORE ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

For the more curious and enthusiasts: wandering through the exhibit there are explanatory panels which provide details and anecdotes regarding the specific figures.

For children: they will get to know the little soldier-musician called Pablo. They will help him find the colours of his costume lost in the exhibition display windows and if they don’t find them, the children can help by colouring him some new ones.
